Working closely with Resy’s sales and design teams, I helped design a dedicated microsite for Resy OS using the company’s existing brand system and visual language. The goal was to create a product-focused experience that clearly communicated the platform’s functionality and value to restaurant operators while remaining visually aligned with the broader Resy ecosystem. I did the design work that went off to the team of developers. Alongside the website work, I also designed and developed a modular set of custom HubSpot email components for use by the Resy OS sales team. Designed in Figma and implemented directly within HubSpot, the drag-and-drop module system allowed internal teams to quickly assemble branded sales and marketing emails without needing custom development for each campaign. I did HubSpot Email Development certification courses around this time to support this work. This project became one of my earliest introductions to modular system design, both for web experiences and marketing tools. The process of creating scalable, reusable UI patterns across multiple platforms directly influenced the systems-focused design approach I continue to specialize in today. Final Result The engagement resulted in a polished microsite experience for Resy OS and a flexible library of reusable HubSpot email modules that streamlined communication workflows for the sales team. The project helped establish scalable design foundations across both marketing and product touchpoints while reinforcing consistency throughout the Resy brand ecosystem.
