Working closely with leadership, sales stakeholders, and the internal UI team, I contributed to a series of incremental website improvements focused on optimizing the customer experience and increasing conversions during peak traffic periods. The work was heavily informed by UX research, ecommerce best practices, and ongoing collaboration with teams analyzing customer behavior and sales performance. Alongside frontend website improvements, I helped expand and organize Goldbelly’s modular component system in Figma, creating reusable UI patterns that improved consistency and scalability across the platform. I also contributed UI and UX design work for the company’s proprietary internal account management software, helping streamline workflows and create a more flexible, modular interface structure for internal teams. The project emphasized scalable design systems and modular thinking across both customer-facing and internal tools. By improving consistency, usability, and component organization, the work supported Goldbelly’s ability to rapidly iterate on the platform during a critical revenue-driving season. Final Outcome The engagement helped support Goldbelly through its highest-volume sales period with a more refined and scalable user experience across both its ecommerce platform and internal tools. The modular systems and UX improvements contributed to a more organized design workflow, improved usability, and a stronger foundation for ongoing product iteration.
